ZEROKLASS ROOF

Pre-insulated metal panels with mineral fiber insulation for roofs (also available in the version with perforated internal support).

Available versions mod. Zeroklass Roof

- Zeroklass Roof CE; standard model with CE marking (according to the UNI EN 14509 standard, it has a Fire Reaction Class A2-s1, d0).

- Zeroklass Roof REI; high performance model for Fire Resistance, depending on the thickness available, different levels of certification (table below).

- Zeroklass Roof Sound; standard model for Acoustic Insulation.

- Zeroklass Roof Sound REI; Acoustic Insulation model with Fire Resistance certification (table below).

Standard insulating thickness

mm 40 - 50 - 60 - 80 - 100 - 120 - 150 - 170 - 200 (panels of non standard thicknesses can be supplied upon request previous agreement on minimum quantities.).

Insulation

Comprises a layer of insulating material in an exclusive configuration of lamellas arranged in a staggered longitudinal pattern. Lamellas are made from biosoluble mineral fibres, positioned to lie perpendicular
to the plane and the two supports. Available, on request, with higher or lower densities. Conductivity up to l: 0.040 W/mK.

Metallic supports

Prepainted or plasticized galvanized steel; Aluzinc; stainless steel; natural, prepainted or embossed aluminum.

EPD certification (CAM)

Protective treatments for external support available on request:

Pre-painting with polyester, superpolyester (hd), pvdf, polyurethane pur/pa, plastisol, plasticized PVC with
thicknesses ranging from 15 microns to 200 microns. Availability on request of other films and non-toxic coatings for occasional contact with food.

Reaction to fire

A2,s1-d0 - on normal unperforated panel, drilling does not allow this classification.
